It’s hard to believe it’s really been almost four years since I began my journey with the Buffer Zone Diet. It seems like just yesterday I was still trying one diet after another, only to wind up failing. If I only knew what I know now.
Since publication of The Buffer Zone Diet, countless articles and books have been written about the Intermittent Fasting craze. Intermittent fasting, the technical name used by the doctors and dieticians to explain the concepts I came up with in my book, is also referred to as Time-Restricted Feeding (TRF). Whichever term you use; The Buffer Zone, intermittent fasting, or time-restricted feeding, it’s all the same. Fuel to go, don’t eat to rest. When the sun goes down, so should your fork. “When” you eat is just as important as “What” you eat.
in the last few years, I’ve heard from people all over the world who have told me how they have got their life back. How if it wasn’t for The Buffer Zone Diet, they would still be caught in an endless cycle of yo-yo dieting. I’m so glad I’ve been able to make a difference in so many people’s lives.
